Are you sure your product is available in that store? | POS Data Analytics- In my latest POS Data Minute video (found on my POS Data Guy YouTube channel... shameless plug) I discuss product ranging and how challenging it can be for suppliers to know the status of a particular product in every store.
It might be in the planogram, but that doesn't guarantee that it is still available in that store, especially if you have had supply chain issues and battling product availability.
The bottom line, if you are not carefully examining your product/store combinations in the retailers' POS data each week, by using a tool like Krunchbox, you're flying blind and leaving money on the table.
